MAVI DENIZ has developed a series of an auger dredge utilizes vertical "knives" on a rotating auger to cut and loosen the sediments. The auger is mounted on a boom at the front of the dredge hull.

- Designed for environmental dredging projects.

- Blades to cut roots and vegetation before pumping.

- Work well for mud, clay, silts and organic materials.

- The auger dredge is smaller than a cutter-head dredge and removes sediment in a more concentrated form and less water is removed and transported from the bottom of the sea and cause little turbidity.
