MAGNETIC LEVEL GAUGE
 |
General
Main Features
S-1 Magnetic Level Gauge is a long lasting, pressure resisted device which can be used in several liquids with different densities and easily monitored with its special design.
With the principle of computational fluid and lifting force of liquids, the liquid inside the tank to which the device is installed moves the ballcock and at the same time the ballcock moves the red-white discs providing the level being monitored.
Its structure that is not affected from vibration, resistance to corrosion and its option to use with several different liquids are some of the device’s advantages.
With the optional sensors added when required, the level also can be controlled. |

Operation and Maintenance
1. It is recommended to use a valve between tank and connection flanges instead of the drain plug to facilitate mounting and maintenance when mounting the level gauge to the system.
2. To unassemble the gauge profile is not recommended unless it is a necessity. If it is necessary, it must be assembled as the original design when the connection tube is empty, ballcock is at the lowest position and all discs show white.
3. To assemble/unassemble the ballcock easily, it is recommended to mount the level gauge at a level high enough from ground.
4. While mounting the ballcock, the body coupling must be pulled out, the ballcock must be placed within the tube while the arrow showing the up direction. Use caution and work slowly not to harm the ballcock during this process.
5. While mounting, the upper and lower connection valves must be open and the air inside the gauge must be discharged using the blowdown valve.
6. It is recommended to clean the by-pass tube for the equipment to operate at best performance. Cleaning period depends on the fluid type and properties.
7. If sediment and mud accumulate inside the system, it is recommended to discharge using the blowdown valve once a day.
