Pneumatic Fenders

Pneumatic fenders are Light-weight and easy to handle, pneumatic fenders enable the large stand-off required for offshore cargo transfer between tankers or between factory ships and trawlers. Heavy-duty construction withstands both impact and aggressive environments, so that pneumatic fenders are a costeffective option for intensive long-term use.

These fenders are designed for use between ships at sea as well as on docksides where tidal variations are extreme and large ships are berthed. They are also suitable in situations requiring movable fender systems.

Cutter adhesive Protective cord layer and inner adhesive have high tensile strength and abrasion resistance.
Cord Layer : Strong layer of the pneumatic rubber fender is made from wibding the high-strenght polyamide fiber cord fabric.
Inner adhesive : The core layer of the pneumatic rubber fender assures no gas leakage from the compressor.
End Flange : The end - flange is a part to fix air valve component buried metal part and the cord layer and used for hoisting, and filling and discharging gas. The structure of the end - flange is shown in fig.
